Advanced Wireless Solutions for safety and care

We understand that your staff and visitors safety is a priority

Places of worship welcome large and diverse congregations, often with staff and volunteers spread across expansive grounds, multiple buildings, and at times working alone or in less visible areas. This can expose them to unexpected or potentially harmful situations. Implementing an enterprise duress alarm system with precise location capability can help mitigate these risks. SECURalert™ Gen III LoRa solution can specifically identify the individual in distress and the precise location. Events are communicated effectively and instantly in high-stress situations.

Mitigate Risks

Violent attacks on places of worship have increased most dramatically in the last five years. Many people find it hard to believe that such things could happen in their ministry. A marital disagreement turns violent prior to a counseling session. An intruder walks into the church office, making demands. A gun-man enters the sanctuary during a Sunday morning service. A medical emergency happens with one of the staff or visitors. Any incident can only get worse if you are not prepared.

SECURalert™ duress system that offers precision can help mitigate risks and keep staff and visitors safe. Our Hybrid solution can specifically identify the person in distress and the precise location of that person inside or outside the church building. Events are communicated effectively and instantly in high-stress situations. SECURalert™ streamlines facility operations and increases personnel safety, satisfaction, and retention for those working in a field that exposes them to risks.

The transmitter can be worn on a lanyard and clipped with a carabiner on clothing. We also have holsters to be used with a belt. Our transmitters are uniquely designed by safety professionals and can be triggered with single-hand operation. The recessed button ensures that no false alarm is generated

There are two buttons on our transmitters. The first button is used for triggering the need for assistance and the second is a test button. SECURalert™ transmitter devices are equipped with a self-test button, allowing the user to test the device anywhere, anytime without the need to call the duty office to confirm the test. Most schools include a self-test be made prior to each day and reports can be generated for compliance. SECURalert™’s wireless duress system provides positive feedback to the user for both self-test and personal alarms. The device vibrates and flashes a green LED to indicate to the user it has successfully transmitted an alarm. The panic button device also indicates directly to the user when the battery is low by flashing a red LED. SECURalert™ transmitter devices are smaller and rechargeable, therefore there is no requirement to stock or replace batteries. The transmitter will last 30 days on a single charge (4-hour charge if fully depleted). MOST IMPORTANTLY THE SAME TRANSMITTER WORKS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE FACILITY

There are over 30 different patterns and behaviors that can be programmed centrally for each unique transmitter or as a group. MOST IMPORTANTLY, our transmitters are addressable and bidirectional, meaning that not only will they transmit the need for assistance with the name/ID of the person and their exact location but the central controller will send an acknowledgment back to the transmitter confirming that the alarm has been received and notify the person in distress by vibrating the transmitter. The LED light on the transmitter will also follow a different pattern depending on the status (low battery, in alarm, test confirmed, etc.). Audible can also be programmed or muted. The transmitter can also, be equipped with fall-down detection
